Our 9th Annual General Meeting will take place on Tuesday 12th May 2026 at 2.00pm in Abbey Fields Community Centre, Back Lane, Winchcombe, GL54 5QJ.
There are several vacancies on the Committeee that need to be filled. If you or someone you know is willing to volunteer for a position on the Committee, either as an ordinary member, or for a specific officer role, please download and complete the Nomination Form. (See the link below) . The strength of our u3a depends on the willingness of members to participate as fully as possible in the differing roles that are available in the u3a, including service on your committee. All applications are therefore welcome.
Forms should be returned to to Lynne Smith, our Secretary (secretary@winchcombeu3a.org.uk) by the 14th April 2026, providing that a signed form of the original is handed to her, at or before the meeting on the 12th May. Alternatively, signed and completed forms may be posted to her home address 25 Blenheim Court Back Lane Winchcombe GL54 5PW, to arrive by the same date, 14th April 2026.
