Everyone renews their membership at the same time of year, not on the anniversary of their application but during May. We will start the renewals process in early May, as end-of-year is 31st May.
There are three ways you can pay your renewal fee:
1. By Beacon, the members portal - You can renew and pay with a credit or debit card by clicking the button to the Beacon Members Portal
Once payment has been made you are automatically renewed and can download and print your membership card.
2. By Internet banking (BACS) – Account name: Winchcombe Area U3A, Sort Code 30-90-92 Account 34740368.
IMPORTANT : please include your name and membership number on the Bank Reference and send a confirmation email to the Membership Secretary
3. By cheque - make out to Winchcombe Area U3A and send to: Membership Secretary, 3,Silk Mill Court, Silk Mill Lane, Winchcombe, GL54 5HZ. Your membership number must be written on the back.
Your membership will be renewed once your cheque or bank payment has been received.
Once renewed you can download a paper Membership card through Beacon (Beacon Members Portal), or you can collect a new Membership Card at a Monthly Meeting. If you want a Membership card sent directly to you send a SAE to Membership Secretary, 3,Silk Mill Court, Silk Mill Lane, Winchcombe, GL54 5HZ
Your U3A can claim Gift Aid on your membership subscription if you are a UK tax payer. If you are willing to allow us to claim this money, you will need to complete a Gift Aid Declaration Form.
