Restrictive diets aren’t good for anyone, but what you eat does play a role in your health and how you feel as you age. A diet that is balanced with nutritious foods like fruit, veg, protein, and healthy fats can support overall health and wellbeing long-term.

In this interactive group, we are focusing on Health and Well Being. We will be delving into what makes up a healthy, sustainable diet and how certain food types can help to treat and prevent disease.

Nutrition is vital for health, providing the essential nutrients, vitamins, and minerals that fuel and build the body, boost immunity, maintain energy, and reduce the risk of chronic diseases like diabetes, heart disease, and some cancers.

We will be exploring the nutritional and health benefits or otherwise of the food components. Recipes will be discussed for their health benefits and tips on choosing the right menu when eating out.
